Friction is what prevents potential clients from working with a business or staying with one. It bogs down systems, slows processes and is often less efficient.
In the fast-paced world we not live in, people are expecting efficiency and convenience. If you aren’t keeping up with this trend, your competitor may be stealing your potential business and your wellness business is bound to hit a glass ceiling in growth.
In this episode I go over four of my favorite tools to use to create frictionless processes in my own business, as well as my clients’ wellness businesses.
