Welcome to episode 173. This episode we are talking about coaching business, quick cash injection ideas. So I’m gonna go over a whole list of ideas that I have that we’ve seen work really well in the agency that a lot of my clients have done and had success with in those situations where you just need a quick cash injection. So, you know, I talked about, maybe it was three or four episodes back, um, about the things that your competition isn’t talking about. And in that episode, I break down just very normal things. And one of the biggest ones is that, you know, businesses fluctuate and there are times of low sales, low revenue, and that’s just a very normal thing that happens. And in those times, you know, sometimes you do have to pivot. You do need to rework a funnel and offer, um, all kinds of, you know, your launch strategies.
There’s all all kinds of variables, right? Um, so there are, that is a part of it, but funnels do take time to get returns. And sometimes in those situations, uh, it’s just a good idea to do just a simple, like low-hanging fruit, quick cash injection. Um, and that’s just gonna help keep you afloat during those lower fluctuation times. And, you know, as you’re working on your other funnels and maybe a new offer or something, you know, there’s a lot of tweaking and figuring things out. So in the meantime, we can have this quick cash injection. It’s gonna keep you afloat. And so I have, let’s see, six , six ideas here, um, that all of these ideas I’ve seen, um, my clients get, have success with. So these are proven ideas and some of them are going to resonate and be really, really easy for you to put together in your business.
Some of them might not. Um, but these are definitely the top ones for sure. So the first one is bundles. So this is for anyone who has lower ticket offers, and they might have multiple of them. So if you have multiple smaller programs, especially if you have these like spotlight courses where they’re very, very niche, um, simple quick wins, if you have multiple of those, you can offer a bundle to purchase them all, or a few of them that makes sense together how you bundle them together at a discounted price. So this is just a very, very simple way that you can just put some things together, um, of things that you’ve already created and people who have been on the fence about your work. Um, this is a time that they’re going to jump on that. The second thing is flash sales. So these are pretty straightforward, but they’re really, really effective.
Um, so anyone who is on the fence or has considered purchasing will likely act on these. And the reason that these work so well is because they have a, a short timeframe. So typically a flash sale is just a few days, and so there’s lots of urgency. People have to make a decision very quickly. Um, so this is likely going to be, again, people who have already sort of decided that they, they will eventually purchase with you, they just haven’t yet. Um, so they’re already, you know, they’ve already decided. So now they’re just gonna jump on this because you have a flash sale, it’s only open for a couple of days. Um, and, you know, you can, um, also use this if you don’t have a product that you sell. You can also use this to prefill program spots for the future. So if you have a launch coming up in a couple of weeks or a month or something, um, you can do a quick flash sale so people can get in early and grab their spot at a discounted price.
Um, so flash sales, we have a lot of success with whenever we do that. And you can also just run some, because they’re really, really short campaigns. You can run very simple campaigns for the flash sales because they’re only a couple of days. The third thing is affiliate programs. So there are two parts to this. You can either join an affiliate program, um, if you want, uh, a way to, if someone else has an offer that you know, would be a no-brainer for your audience, you can do that. But what I’m mostly talking about is creating your own affiliate program for your offers. This can be really profitable. Um, I’ve seen my clients make so much money doing this, um, and it’s where you, like, I’ve literally seen them make hundreds of thousands in sales from their affiliates. And what you’re doing is you’re leveraging their audiences.
So if you have people that you know, would be a really great fit to become an affiliate, which would be someone who is not a direct competitor, but is someone that serves the exact same audience that you serve and you know your offer would be really great for their audience, then it’s a really great win-win for both of you because they get a cut of the sales and then you just get sales that come in, um, and it’s through someone that they, the, that audience already trusts. So it’s a very easy sell, um, for you. And it’s also a way that they just make extra money just by maybe emailing their list or promoting it on their social media. Um, and this could be a one-time thing, like maybe just during a live launch you could do this. So if you do live launches, you can absolutely have affiliates during those launches.
Or if you have an evergreen program, you can have it where they, um, are promoting your pro your offer on an ongoing basis. So if that is the case, you do want to stay on top of your affiliates if it’s an ongoing thing. So make sure that you are in contact with them on a regular basis, maybe quarterly or monthly, just to make sure that they are, um, thinking of you and you’re more top of mind just so you can have a consistent, uh, flow of those sales coming in, but they benefit from it too. So it’s, it’s a really great relationship. So highly recommend having your own affiliate program if you have like a digital course or something like that, um, that you can, uh, have leverage other people’s audiences for. The fourth one is to become an affiliate. So if there is an offer that your current audience would love, but you know you will never, ever provide, then this is a really great opportunity for you.
And another thing too that you can think about is think about where your audience leaves off. Like what’s next? Like what do, what else do they need after that point? Um, and if there’s something that you know, you’ll never dive into, it would be great to reach out to someone because you’re basically saying that I have all these people that would need your offer. Like, can I just send them to you and get a cut? Um, it’s a, again, same thing. It’s a win-win situation for both people. Um, like a great example of this is I, uh, had a client that had a birthing course, but she never wanted to do postpartum. She like focused on the, she’s an ob gyn and she focused on the actual birthing course. So like an example like this, because she knows she’ll never want to do postpartum, but she knows 100% that the people who give birth, they’re going to enter a postpartum period after that.
Um, so having, becoming an affiliate for some sort of postpartum, um, support like offer or something like that would be a really, really great relationship to have. And you’re getting a cut of sales from people that you went out and found and you, um, built trust with them and nurtured them and served them so they’re fresh hot leads. And so it’s just a great way to make extra cash. Um, another thing is, um, upsells and add-ons. So there are ways that you can add more value or increase your sales that are already happening. Um, so I also do have an episode on this. You’ll have to scroll back in the podcast. Um, I believe it’s, uh, ways to make your offer more valuable. So it’s just, I think that’s the title of the episode. I can’t remember, but something like that. I know I’ve talked about this in depth, um, but you can find ways to add, um, create add-ons and upsells.
So this, there are lots of creative ways to do this, but this is a really great way to just enhance these, the cells that are already coming in and make those larger. That can be a really quick, easy way to, um, inject some cash into your business. And then also the last one, um, this one is a little off the cuff and it might take some more energy and time depending on the way your business is set up, but a quick no-brainer offer that your list is going to love. So, you know, you make the rules if you’re a coach, you can put this together in some sort of short-term sprint container. That’s a really big, uh, thing that I’ve been seeing lately and it seems to be working really well. So instead of having these like longer term masterminds, or maybe not instead of, but alongside those, um, having some sort of like quick win, short term sprint, um, that can be really, really effective too.
So you can put together some sort of container in that sense. And then you can just simply email your list. You don’t do this huge launch or anything like that. Many of my clients do this. And, um, this could be an offer that’s focused on something that’s very, very niche, very specific result, um, and a faster result too. Something that you can get clients in two to four weeks. So think about what kind of quick result that’s gonna be very valuable for them, um, valuable enough that they’re willing to pay for. And you can put together a container around that and that can be a really quick, easy just offer to provide, um, and serve, but also just a quick easy, uh, cash injection from that. So those are the ideas that I have for you. Um, hopefully you wrote the those down and you have some ideas of things that are circulating in your brain of what you could do to have just a quick cash injection because these are really, really effective.
So the first one is bundling your offers together for a discounted price doing flash sale. So this is gonna be a very short term sale, um, affiliate programs. So if you have your own affiliate program and then also becoming an affiliate for another program that makes sense. Um, and then having upsells and add-ons to your sales that are already happening. And then also you could put together some quick no-brainer offer that your list is going to love or your audience is going to love. Um, and I do recommend if you do that, uh, one thing that I’ve just seen be really successful is those short term like sprint group programs that I, I’ve seen a lot of people do and I’ve had some of my clients do this. And, um, it’s been really, really effective. People are loving these quick fast wins, um, without the long term commitment.
They’re just putting down one single payment for something, doing this quick sprint, um, in a group setting and then getting a result at the end. So that is what I have for you in this episode.
